So, I have been craving Fajitas, but fresh peppers are so expensive! And then I found these frozen ones at the Walmart... and had fajitas last night! The peppers were just as crispy as fresh ones and tasty too! (they should pay me for this.) Anyways, I was thinking about what to post, and happened to be happily enjoying my leftovers at the same time, so there you go... there's my inspiration.

Fajitas!
So, I have been craving Fajitas, but fresh peppers are so expensive! And then I found these frozen ones at the Walmart... and had fajitas last night! I like fajitas but not every kind! I don't love spicyness so either I make them to my liking or I won't eat it. Picky huh?

I am also a fan of the Walmart frozen peppers. In fact, I was just telling a friend about them the other day. They also go great in stir fry, goulashe (sp??), and chicken enchilada.
I'm going to have to try those. Thanks for sharing! Of course, anything from California is good. :)
