Still here!

Well, now that we have reached our goal date, I know many of you are wondering if baby Tea has arrived, and the answer is no. Quincey was born at 11:21pm on the night before his due date.... very punctual and on time, (just like his Dad). So lets hope that our girl carries that same trait and comes by tomorrow (tomorrow being the actual due date.) Otherwise we will know she is stubborn and late just like me... and that can't be good.

I have definitely been progressing towards that way, with some sleepless nights of braxton hicks... which is new for me since I didn't feel any contractions with Quincey until they induced me after my water broke. And I don't like it!

Okay, but other than that... we are hanging in there! I will let you know as soon as I know!

Q and the hamburger!

We went to a baseball game last night and had a lot of fun. The game was sponsored by McDonalds so they were throwing out free hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and ronald mcdonald cookies. At first Quincey was too excited about his new surroundings that he wasn't very hungry, but after a lot of running around, he sure became best friends with his hamburger! (you'll have to watch the video to see just how much.)

Q is deciding he is done with spitting out sunflower seeds....

This is the shirt that he should have worn to the baseball game last night, but I forgot, so he got to sport it today.

Fire Trucks!

Quincey's friend Jackson has friends in high places, and got him a personal tour of the fire trucks! They had a lot of fun with the trucks, but playing in the water was a close second. Thanks to all of the nice fireman and Jackson and his mommy for letting us tag along!

Better belly pics..

This was yesterday, but I like them better than the picture I took the day before... the belly is still pretty pokey! I don't what my doctor is talking about that I am measuring small, he maybe needs a new tape measure.

Well, since we are one week away from the due date, I decided it was time for another prego belly pic. So this is me at 39 weeks.....

I also thought it would be fun to do a little comparison... This was me at 40 weeks with Quincey (right before I went to the hospital.) I think that my belly looks all pokey with the current baby, like her little hiney is sticking out today.

In other news, Quincey has recently decided that he is big enough to go down the big twirly slide all by himself! I wish I would have gotten the first time on camera, but he just kinda did it without any preparation.... but it was really cute, because after he went down the first time, he just had a really shocked expression on his face, like he was so surprised he could do that!!! And then he did it about 20 more times. I know it is such a simple thing, but I felt so proud.

Dang it!

I realized recently that my little 'countdown to baby' ticker is off by one day! and I am too lazy to change it, .... so lets just make that day the goal.

Ultrasound Update!

Happy Ultrasound Day! As stated previously, today was the ultrasound just to make sure everything is fine with the baby even though I am measuring small. Well, things seem to be just fine! According to the measurements she is weighing 6 pounds 7 ounces. The fluid was measuring normal... and she's still a girl! And of course the due date stays the same. Though, I am still suspecting that she might come a little later.

I was so happy to get these cute pictures of our little one. She wouldn't move her little arm from away from her face. The technician kept pushing against her so that she would move. Finally, at the end, she moved just enough so we could see her little mouth. Oh, this makes us so excited! (Not that we weren't before ;))
