Fire Trucks!

Quincey's friend Jackson has friends in high places, and got him a personal tour of the fire trucks! They had a lot of fun with the trucks, but playing in the water was a close second. Thanks to all of the nice fireman and Jackson and his mommy for letting us tag along!

Better belly pics..

This was yesterday, but I like them better than the picture I took the day before... the belly is still pretty pokey! I don't what my doctor is talking about that I am measuring small, he maybe needs a new tape measure.

Well, since we are one week away from the due date, I decided it was time for another prego belly pic. So this is me at 39 weeks.....

I also thought it would be fun to do a little comparison... This was me at 40 weeks with Quincey (right before I went to the hospital.) I think that my belly looks all pokey with the current baby, like her little hiney is sticking out today.

In other news, Quincey has recently decided that he is big enough to go down the big twirly slide all by himself! I wish I would have gotten the first time on camera, but he just kinda did it without any preparation.... but it was really cute, because after he went down the first time, he just had a really shocked expression on his face, like he was so surprised he could do that!!! And then he did it about 20 more times. I know it is such a simple thing, but I felt so proud.

Dang it!

I realized recently that my little 'countdown to baby' ticker is off by one day! and I am too lazy to change it, .... so lets just make that day the goal.

Ultrasound Update!

Happy Ultrasound Day! As stated previously, today was the ultrasound just to make sure everything is fine with the baby even though I am measuring small. Well, things seem to be just fine! According to the measurements she is weighing 6 pounds 7 ounces. The fluid was measuring normal... and she's still a girl! And of course the due date stays the same. Though, I am still suspecting that she might come a little later.

I was so happy to get these cute pictures of our little one. She wouldn't move her little arm from away from her face. The technician kept pushing against her so that she would move. Finally, at the end, she moved just enough so we could see her little mouth. Oh, this makes us so excited! (Not that we weren't before ;))

Chasing cars

My friend and I went to the mall the other day with our boys, and let them go and explore the motorcycle store! There were signs that said not to let your children sit on the bikes, and so we were trying really hard to keep our kids off! But, then one of the workers (there were like 4 guys working there) told me it was okay. They have those signs because some parents will come and leave there kids in the store for hours etc... Anyways! So the boys were having a blast, and the guys liked them too! They pulled out their remote-controlled cars and everything for them! We want to take them back soon.

Forever Pregnant....

37 weeks (supposedly)
Oh and sorry about wearing the same shirt.... It usually tends to be my Monday shirt, but I guess I thought I'd go crazy this week and wear it on a Tuesday!!! (How glad I will be when I get my full wardrobe back;))

I think I will be forever pregnant. I think that would be a pretty big punishment. Like to be stuck at 37 weeks forever, and the baby never grows or gets smaller... Okay, so I don't think that is going to happen. But, I am still measuring 33 weeks, and am supposed to be 37 weeks. My first ultrasound was showing that the baby was measuring to be due on Aug. 20th... but they kept the due date as the 14th because it wasn't that big of a difference. But, since I am measuring small, I am going to get another ultrasound on Monday, and we will see what it says now! Hopefully, she is just hiding in my back or something.
