*First!!! a Disclaimer...*
And let me just say, that I am not attempting to be a movie critic, because movie critics, in my opinion, are often so stuck on nit-picking that they cannot sit back and enjoy some good ol' fashioned pure entertainment. And I, on the other hand love pretty much all types of movies, except the stuff that the critics like!!!! Maybe it is strictly out of rebellion, one cannot be sure. I have a little, (not tested), theory that if you want to impress a film critic all you have to do is make a movie about war. They jump all over that stuff.
Okay, disclaimer over...
1st movie on the agenda...

Next, you know the one with Nick Cage? We really enjoyed this movie. There were many cool action moves, and plus, I think that seeing into the future is a really cool super hero trick, and I would much rather see 2 minutes of it, than have to get high and paint it. (those of you who have seen the series Heroes, should understand, and if you haven't seen that series... you should! it is really enjoyable.)
I must say, that G loves Nick as an actor because Gone in sixty seconds is pretty much his favorite movie (but mostly because he thinks Eleanor is one of the hottest things on 4 wheels. ) But I myself can't get past the fact that he mumbles! and I never like his hair. Yes, those might seem like picky things, but the fact that I can still like his movies, shows that my nit-pickiness is not way overboard. I just thought it was worth mentioning.
So, to sum it up, you should see this movie. I think it has a cool twist... at first it bugged me, but the more I thought about it, the more it stuck with me.
Okay, that is actually enough movie reviews for today, but I will get back to you later with more of my thoughts on the entertainment that I immerse my time with.

Oh my gosh Jody likes the same movie.I can't stand the movie- I only put up w/ watching it because of the car. :) And I agree w/ you he completely mumbles. He talks that way in almost all his movies though. Dot is counting down our days!
I haven't seen it so maybe I'll have to think about it.
I love this movie! And I actually love Nick Cage too. I think he looks really good:) I don't have any problem with his hair:) Have you seen City of Angels with Cage and Meg Ryan? I love her too. Her hair is soooo cute all the time. Family man? That is with Cage too.
Yes, see? those are great movies! but still... he mumbles, I have to put subtitles on so i can understand him!
Oh City of Angels is the best! And I also love Gone in 60 secs! Have you guys seen Guarding Tess? It's another great Nicholas Cage movie. He plays a Secret Service Agent. :) Oh but J and mine favorite is The Family Man...mostly cuz it reminds me of each other. :) I too enjoy the Meg Ryan movies and you're right her hair is always so cute!
It would be fabulous if you could continue to do this! That way I will know which movies to watch!
